Estimates, calculators and pricing
The cost calculator and budget planner produce indicative ranges based on typical UAE project costs and the options you select. They are not quotations and they are not an offer.
What a project actually costs depends on your drawings, site conditions, venue rules, material choices and programme. A binding price exists only once we issue a written proposal and you accept it.
Information on this site
We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. Images of past work are shown to illustrate our capability and are not a promise that your project will look the same.
Enquiries, bookings and free design work
Submitting a form, starting a chat or booking a call does not create a contract between us.
Anything we offer free of charge, including audits and 3D concepts, is offered at our discretion and may depend on your project meeting basic requirements such as size, timeline and location. We will tell you if that is the case before any work starts.
Using the site
You agree not to misuse this website.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Do not disrupt the site or overload it with automated requests.
- Do not copy the site at scale or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The design, text, photographs, drawings and 3D concepts on this site belong to BuildArt Global or to our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, resell or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Third-party tools and links
This site uses enquiry forms, a chat widget and a booking calendar supplied by third parties, and it links to external sites such as our social profiles. We are not responsible for the content of those sites. How the tools we use handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on indicative estimates or other content published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
